Four boneless chicken breasts, halved the thin way.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
Flatten chicken, dip in egg, then crumb mixture. oil pan and fry over medium heat or in air fryer for 12 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil while whisking and then pour over chicken.
